Samsung Care+ & OneAssist: Redefining the Customer Protection Journey in Amazon & Flipkart

 Samsung has partnered with OneAssist to launch a ‘Samsung Care+’ comprehensive care plan for Galaxy smartphones.

The plan, which was launched in Amazon India & Flipkart, will offer consumers a range of benefits to safeguard their Galaxy smartphone against any accidental, physical, liquid damages in addition to technical or mechanical failures.

The Samsung Care+ plan is enabled by OneAssist and is already finding good traction with users.

The plan has been customized into four packs for customers looking to buy Samsung Care+ plan for their Galaxy smartphones. These packs include Extended Warranty, Screen Protection, Accidental Damage and Liquid Damage (ADLD), and Comprehensive Protection.

The Extended Warranty pack covers technical and mechanical failures for one year beyond the warranty period, whereas the Screen Protection pack covers front screen damage for one year from the date of purchase.

The Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage (ADLD) pack covers accidental front and back screen damage and liquid damage for one year.

The Comprehensive Protection pack covers accidental physical and liquid damage (including screen) and technical or mechanical failure for two years.

Samsung Care+ packs are auto-activated on purchase and come with a hassle-free claim process, requiring zero documentation. Consumers can get free pick up and drop facility for all their Galaxy smartphones.

The price of Samsung Care+ packs depends on the Galaxy smartphone the customer is looking to purchase. It can be purchased with new Galaxy smartphones at Amazon and Flipkart.
