    Worst insurance plan. No support and response from customer service. All u can hear is “sorry for the inconvenience” and a 100 calls asking u to renew ur plan. Really unhappy with the service. Will never recommend to anyone.

    I am Satyawan Singh. I requested many times to One Assist to cancel my membership.
    Every time they say cancellation under process, our correspondent will contact you within 48 hours,
    but the result is zero.
    they have not canceled my membership and not refunded my money, which They deducted without my permission.
    I am harrashed with them.
    feeling helpless, what to do

    Its pathetic and now i regret that i purchased a damage cover from one assist. At the time of selling the policy they made all the promises but now when its time to deliver they have just backed out of all their promises. When i filed a claim they asked me for so many many details which they never bothered to ask at the time of selling the policy . Now they denied to give me a replaecement handset which was promised to me at the time of selling the policy. More over i have still not claimed the policy and they have just closed the ticket and now my member ship shows “No membership found” . This is absolutely ridiculous. the policy is still active and how can they close it. My recent SR# 2873414>

      As I can see that the plan which you had bought doesn’t have the benefit of the courtesy handset hence, our team couldn’t offer you the same. Also, as you had emailed us on 12th February requesting us to cancel the membership is the time we had initiated the cancellation and the Service Request was also closed on the same day. Your account is inactive since 17th February, 2018.
