    Worst insurance plan. No support and response from customer service. All u can hear is “sorry for the inconvenience” and a 100 calls asking u to renew ur plan. Really unhappy with the service. Will never recommend to anyone.

    I am Satyawan Singh. I requested many times to One Assist to cancel my membership.
    Every time they say cancellation under process, our correspondent will contact you within 48 hours,
    but the result is zero.
    they have not canceled my membership and not refunded my money, which They deducted without my permission.
    I am harrashed with them.
    feeling helpless, what to do
