    Dear Oneassist team,
    i am writing this to express my frustration on my repeated requests not getting honoured. i have made multiple requests for cancellation of my policy and that is not being done.
    As on 03 Mar 18 my request for cancellation and refund of amount charged has been registered, however your personnel are calling up explaining the advantages of the scheme.
    i would be very grateful if the action towards cancellation of policy and refund of the amount charged is undertaken expediiously.

    i was paid Rs.720/- to my MI4 mobile ,cost is 8999/- on September 2017
    this year feb first week my mobile was damaged in an small road acedent,on the same day i called to one assist and they are sayed some process finally they picked my mobile on22 feb,
    after 4days (27 feb),i got mail from one assist – we have received your damaged device and signed documents.
    same day i got mail and msg, mobile clime was rejected because of Reason: Unauthorized Modification Remarks: Unauthorized modification done by customer
    it means that day i got one call from an mi service person asked me tell mi account password on your mobile phone, that time i was not give the password to that person, because of i don’t know hu is thet person and oneassist also did’t tell to me when any service persons called to me for any password or screen lock to give information
    so that i think my clime was rejected.
    but oneassist people was saying my mobile was opened outside any service center.
    but still i have my mobile in my hands but i did’t give to repair my mobile to any one
    i called to oneassist tollfree so many times, but i received bad experience and i loss my money and time, my effort & mentally tension.

    so plaease don’t buy oneassist service
    i got verry verry bad experience
